1. AGREEMENT TO TERMS
By accessing and using Audio Core ("Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use this service.

2. USE LICENSE
Permission is granted to use Audio Core for personal and commercial purposes. You may not:
- Modify or copy the software code
- Attempt to reverse engineer the application
- Remove any copyright or proprietary notations
- Use the Service to process audio for illegal or abusive purposes

3. NO DATA COLLECTION
Audio Core does not collect any personal data, user information, or analytics. The application is completely anonymous and requires no user registration or authentication.

4. LOCAL PROCESSING ONLY
All audio processing is performed locally on your device. Audio files are not transmitted to any servers, not stored, and not retained by Audio Core. Files are deleted immediately after processing.

5. CONTENT RESTRICTIONS
You may not upload any content that:
- Is intended for illegal or harmful purposes
- Violates any applicable law or regulation

6. COPYRIGHT & LICENSES
When you upload an audio file, you confirm that:
- You own the copyright or have proper licensing for the audio file
- You have the right to use and transform the audio file

Audio Core is not responsible for copyright infringement claims related to user-uploaded content.

7. SERVICE FEATURES
Audio Core provides audio transformation tools including:
- Nightcore effect (increased speed and pitch)
- Daycore effect (decreased speed and pitch)
- Slowed effect (reduced playback speed)
- Slowed + Reverb effect (reduced speed with reverb)
- Speed effect (increased playback speed)
- Manual control for pitch, speed, bass boost, and reverb

8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Audio Core is provided on an 'as is' basis. Audio Core is not liable for any damages arising from the use of the Service. Audio files are processed locally and not permanently stored on any servers.

9. NO THIRD-PARTY DATA COLLECTION
Audio Core does not integrate with any data collection services, analytics platforms, or external servers that collect user information.

10. AMENDMENTS
We may amend these Terms of Use at any time by posting the amended terms on the Service. Your continued use of the Service means you accept the changes.
